Return & Refund Policy

At ShineBD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the sensitive nature of beauty, cosmetics, and skincare products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the issue falls under one of the following categories:

• The product is physically damaged, leaked, or broken upon delivery.
• You received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
• The product is past its expiration date.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, replacement, or missing item claim, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must capture the parcel being opened from its original sealed courier packaging. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds under the following conditions:

• Products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used.
• Products missing their original packaging, tags, or protective seals.
• Customer's change of mind after the order has been processed or delivered.
• Products purchased during flash sales, clearance, or promotional campaigns.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

• If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
• Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable unless ShineBD made an error with the shipment.
